Dialogue refresher videos

One of the hallmarks of Couple Dialogue is the freedom built into the process. Whether we're serving as listener, speaker, or witness, we can lovingly take steps to help the dialogue stay on track and keep going deeper. 

To help us all refresh and strengthen these skills, FCE is launching a series of short "Dialogue Refresher" videos.

These short "snippets" of Dialogue are not staged -- they come from real dialogues recorded during Zoom gatherings. 

The goal is to help us all remember some of the small actions we can take to help each other stick to the gentle, but powerful, process of Couple Dialogue.
