Couple Activity

Sexual intimacy is a key part of most couples’ relationships. However many of us are hesitant about starting a conversation in this area. Consider this exercise as a starting point to enable you to talk more freely about sex, starting with a humorous question, “If I were the author of a book on sex, the title would be ___”  and moving to more reflective questions about how you experience sexual intimacy.  

So go ahead – find a quiet spot, answer the questions separately, and then take turns sharing your answers with each other with love and without judgment.
